This article explains the treatment objective, the design information that matters and the operating checks that help keep the system practical after installation.
What the supplied project image documents
The supplied artwork describes a stainless-steel industrial water treatment plant with DM and EDI installed at Vitacane Industry, Monohordi. It states 750 LPH and approximately 4500 GPD RO system capacity and shows a fully automatic control panel.
Why a multi-stage high-purity train is used
RO can reduce the bulk dissolved load before demineralization or EDI polishing. The final arrangement depends on required conductivity, silica and other process limits. Stainless construction may be selected for durability, cleanliness or site standards.
Performance should be verified stage by stage
For a multi-stage plant, checking only final conductivity can hide an upstream problem. RO permeate quality, pressure, flow, regeneration or polishing performance and control-panel alarms should be trended so each stage can be maintained before it affects the final outlet.
