Pricing, equipment, installation work, delivery, testing, commissioning and maintenance items are defined in the applicable quotation or work order. Customers should review the stated scope before confirming an order.
Changes to a confirmed requirement
If site conditions, water quality, capacity, equipment or installation requirements change after confirmation, Waterwise Bangladesh may issue a revised scope or quotation before additional work proceeds.
Cancellation and refund questions
Eligibility for cancellation, return or refund depends on the specific order, whether equipment has been procured or customized, completed work and other commitments already made for the project. Contact us with the quotation or order reference so the request can be reviewed against the agreed scope.
