In this guide
This article explains the treatment objective, the design information that matters and the operating checks that help keep the system practical after installation.
What the supplied image shows
The supplied Waterwise artwork presents an industrial WTP with a stated 20 m³/hr capacity and highlights MS construction, water treatment efficiency, heavy-duty construction, long-lasting performance and low-maintenance positioning. No client or site name is shown in the supplied image.
Large-flow plants need careful hydraulic design
At 20 m³/hr, pump duty, pipe velocity, filter loading and backwash demand become significant. The design should consider service and cleaning flows together so one operation does not starve another part of the facility.
Operating data makes the capacity meaningful
Flow, pressure and water-quality measurements should confirm that the plant continues to meet its treatment objective at the intended throughput. Capacity alone does not prove outlet quality; both hydraulic and treatment performance must be monitored.
