Please read our return and refund policy carefully, as it explains the terms and conditions regarding returns, replacements, and installation-related issues.
1. Product Returns
1.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
1.2 Incorrect Product Shipment

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will quickly arrange to send the correct product and collect the incorrect one.
1.3 Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of water filtration products, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom-made or special-order products

Used or installed filters and membranes

Any product that has been tampered with, altered, or damaged after delivery
2. Installation Services
2.1 Scheduling & Cancellation

After product delivery, our installation team will contact you within 48 hours to schedule an appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation charges.
2.2 Installation Warranty

Our installations come with a 30-day service warranty.

If you face any issues within this period, our technicians will revisit and resolve them free of charge.
3. Return & Exchange Process
3.1 Return Authorization

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of product delivery.

You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.
3.2 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective product or our mistake, Waterwise Bangladesh will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
3.3 Product Condition

Returned items must be in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Used or damaged items may be subject to a restocking fee or may not qualify for a refund.
3.4 Refund or Exchange

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange as per your request.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Bkash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery refund).
